Sunny times

Well what a bad blogger I turned out to be! Started out with lots of good intentions and over a month later here i am writing only my second entry!

So my first lesson is to write things down that I want to blog about as I have done so many things that I thought at the time ‘I could blog that’ yet I can’t remember a single one of them now!

This morning I thought what better time to sit and blog than when I’m in the green room here at Create and Craft towers, I’m here for the next few days to show our lovely pick of the week which is all about men’s cards and has been incredibly popular since the lovely Nancy Watt launched it on Friday, over 80% has gone! Incredible!

I have to say, for those of you who don’t know me too well, it’s no secret that I am not a morning person sooooo to be in the studio for 7am to prep the 8am show was a real struggle – not helped by my lovely holiday in lanzarote last week with lazy mornings and late nights. Does your phone do what mine does when you set the alarm? It actually tells me how many (or how few lol!) hours I have before the alarm goes off which I think on an early shift is just mean!

Anyway, I will try and get some pics of the cards from the potw to share with you but in the meantime here is my favourite ‘arty’ shot from the holiday!

  1. Looks like you had a hot and sunny time in Lanzarote…we had a great holiday there a few years ago and just loved the Timanfaya National Park and the Volcano – amazing place like a lunar landscape but did not fancy a ride on the camels there though…we went to a fab restaurant and ate Paella from a huge dish which must have been 6 feet across….bliss…xx
