So as well as spending some time with my awesome great-nephew this weekend I’ve also been spending some more time playing with the new stamps from Dreamees that launch at 1pm on Tuesday and here are my next three projects:
So for this first card I got a pre-made kraft card blank, cut a square from the front and stamped the baubles onto acetate. I glittered the baubles and left them to dry, I stamped the holly branch across the card and onto spare card and attached this to hang the baubles from. I then added glittered dots around the edge of the card and finally backed the aperture with cream card.
Next I decided to decorate a jumbo chipboard tag that I bought at Summer Crafting. I inked the edges with black in then covered with papers from the Simply Christmas cd that is also on the show. I tore a strip of the sentiment paper, inked everything and then stamped the two small baubles a few times onto papers from the disc, cut them out and used to create flowers. I inked the edge of the front of the tag with Versamark and used a white glittery embossing powder on it, then stamped the back with snowflakes in black then embossed some. Finished with a ribbon bow. I really liked how this turned out
And finally I decided to use one of my accordion card blanks with 5 faces to decorate, I used papers and sentiments from the disc, pearl card, tattered lace embossing folders and the Christmas Tree stamp – this was a quick and easy one and I love the colours on this set too.
So that’s my crafty projects from this weekend, I hope you like them as much as I enjoyed creating them!
Nice to see you crafting again lovely cards
